Problems with your Advanced Coaching downloads?
Please use this form to contact us.

Requirements:
  • For the PDF files, you'll need Adobe Acrobat 5.2 or higher. Get it HERE.
  • For the Audio files, you'll need Winzip or Stuffit to open the files. Get Winzip HERE, or Stuffit HERE.
  • To play the Audio files, you'll need MP3 software on your computer, such as iTunes or Winamp. Get iTunes HERE, or WinAmp HERE.
  • To play the video files, you'll need Quicktime software on your computer. Get Quicktime HERE.
All of these software programs are F-R-E-E. All of these files work on either Windows PCs or Apple Mac computers.

PROBLEMS WITH YOUR DOWNLOAD?

If you receive the error: "compressed(zipped) folder is invalid or corrupted," you must download your files again. Your download did not finish and you have only part of the file. (This happens frequently with dial-up or overseas downloads.)

Turn off your antivirus and firewall software as these may block your download from completing.

Then delete your old file and try the download again.

The e-book (PDF) file is an Adobe Acrobat file. (Make sure you have the latest version of Acrobat from www.adobe.com)

Any Advanced Audio Coaching files will be in ZIP format, and you must open them first with Winzip. The video file is also zipped, so you must unzip it FIRST, and then you can play it with Quicktime.

There are only a few reasons your download may not work, and all of them can be corrected:

Browser Security is set too high - Solution: Set your browser security settings as LOW as you can. If they are set too high, you cannot access the downloads or see all the graphics to click on the download page. If you are still having problems, try another browser. My favorite is Firefox, and you can get it here. Also, try downloading from another computer.

Corrupt file - The download did not complete - Solution: re-download it from the page you were given in your receipt. Make sure you are using a reliable internet connection. If you are using dial-up, you may have to try several times. TURN OFF YOUR FIREWALL AND ANTIVIRUS SOFTWARE! These will get in the way.

Also, delete your incomplete or corrupted file and try again. If you continue to have problems, use another browser, or try from another computer.
