Excellent question!

Women are the best for conversation skills, HOWEVER during the first approach what you'll find is that women get shy and timid in the face of the conversation. They need to be coaxed out, but once unleashed, get ready for serious talking.

You see, it's a matter of making the woman feel safe. When the man carries the initial part of the interaction, he's communicating certain things about his personality.

A couple of the guests and I on the new program actually discuss this from several different angles.

Men only have to get things ramped up, then they can pass the baton over to the woman once her comfort level has risen.

It isn't always like this, but you have to be prepared...

And the best part is that it's super easy to do.

There is one thing I don't get in your video. I think it makes sense that men should approach and women be approached. But why would men need to carry the conversation? I thought women were the ones who were best and made for good conversational skills.

Based on some blogs I read, some even argue the man should basically carry or lead the conversation during the whole date. It seems to me we're so not made for this as men?

Thanks.

By the way, great points from Jim above. I want to be clear though, that Day Game is about meeting women in ALL the places you go during a normal week.

Now I do also need to point out that there is no such statistic as 5% of "cold approaches" going nowhere...

Unless you don't know HOW to make it go somewhere. Which - lucky you! - is what I show you in this program, and we'll be talking about in the teleseminar coming up this week.

That's right, I'll be answering questions about day game and giving you guys a TON of great info on it this week as we get closer to the launch...

Thanks!

No one should walk around in fear. That's no way to live.

But they do need to be cautious. There are some shocking statistics out there about the reality of crimes against women...

But most importantly I don't think I'd ever call one of you guys a schmuck. I don't insult my guys. (That's no way to help people...)

Yes, they may have initial caution of strangers, but it's not a full-on panic attack at every approach. THat's just not true.

And there are ways to get past it - FAST!

That's what I'll be teaching you how to do in the new program.

Oh, and by the way, when I refer to Day Game - I'm not just talking about walking up to women on the street.

Day game is approaching women ANYWHERE but in a bar or club.

So I'm actually talking about that 65% of places.

Because, unfortunately, most guys don't approach even in the most "friendly" of situations.

You'll find that we don't disagree as much as you might think...

Hey Carlos, I just listened to your newest video and I see you used my input about women being afraid of men approaching them. I read a statistic somewhere on your's or another site that 65% of couples met through friends and most others through organizations, group classes, churches etc.. The percentage of cold approaches turning into anything is very small (less than 5%). Why is that? I believe it is because these people are pre-screened by friends and family and are expected to be safe. They are not serial killers, stalkers etc. What do we teach our children? DON'T TALK TO STRANGERS! I know your the expert but I know (not think) this is the way many women think. I also believe they have every right to be afraid. It is just the way the world is these days.
Of course they want to be approached in their thoughts but it doesn't change the reality of them being fearful of strangers. You can say I'm a shmuck with no skills if you want. But it won't change the world. I'll be 52 in a week and I presently have three women interested in me, 31,35 and 37. Not too bad for a shmuck eh? (no I'm not Canadian)
You have a lot of great ideas and I admire you for them. We will just have to agree to disagree on this one. Ok? Jim in Ohio

Hi Carlos

I have a question about conversation skills. I normally do ok having one one one conversation with girls, althought I have hard time attracting them, I can at least stay in long. The bigger problem I have is how to join in conversations among groups of friends and women? This isn't cold approaches anymore, so I feel like I can't do what I normally do when cold approaching, so I end up being quiet.
